Assistant Professor (Open Track) – Endocrinologist - 38887 Faculty Description University of Colorado Anschutz: Department: Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes – Adult Diabetes Division Job Title: Assistant Professor (Open Track) – Endocrinologist Position #00844827 – Requisition #38887: Job Summary: Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a full-time Diabetologist/Endocrinologist at the rank of Assistant Professor to work in the Adult Division. The Center provides state-of-the-art diabetes care to over 2,500 adults with type 1 diabetes or insulin requiring type 2 diabetes. This is a position requiring an enthusiasm for medical research and knowledge or interest in type 1 diabetes. A combination of previous clinical and research experience, diverse talents and excellent interpersonal skills is required. The Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes (BDC) is the largest diabetes institute in the world specializing in type 1 diabetes research and care for children and adults.
