Overview Job Title: Junior Technical Recruiter (m/f/d): About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter who is eager to start a career in IT recruiting. In this role, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and account managers, learn the fundamentals of technical recruiting, and build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders. You do not need a technical background – curiosity, communication skills, and the willingness to learn are what matter most.
