Location: Remote (United States) Travel: Moderate travel required to client sites, conferences, and ICF offices About the Role: We are looking for a Resilience & Hazard Mitigation Growth Lead to join our Energy, Environment, and Infrastructure (EEI) group and help expand our presence with state agencies and localities across high-priority states and support the growth of our portfolio of hazard mitigation and resilience planning, federal grant assistance, and floodplain management projects. The selected person will drive coordinated, client-centered growth across ICF’s state and local FEMA hazard mitigation and resilienc e markets. This role requires an energetic, strategic, and disciplined sales leader who can lead teams, own complex pursuits, and build trusted relationships with public sector clients across the country. The Resilienc e Growth Lead plays a pivotal role in leading sales execution and ensuring a robust, high-quality pipeline of opportunities from early identification through contract close.
