SUMMARY: Working as a member of the Fabrication Dept, the Fabrication position is responsible for the cutting , bending, sanding, and drilling various parts for pontoon assembly. There are two levels of Production Worker: Production Worker I and II determined by an individual’s specialized skills, abilities, previous work experience, certification and / or education, and ability to perform multiple tasks across the fabrication department. Individuals in this role must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.
