Position Summary Tangentyere Council: Aboriginal Corporation (TCAC) is a community controlled Public Benevolent Institution delivering human services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people from the Alice Springs Town Camps, urban Alice Springs, and Central Australia. The position is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality grounds and yard maintenance services across Town Camps and Amoonguna Community, ensuring community centres and residential areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. The role contributes to both community amenity and fee‑for‑service activities while supporting RAES participants to build practical skills, work readiness, and positive employment behaviours. The role helps improve the look and safety of the community while also delivering fee‑for‑service work when required.
