Job Title: Production Operator Location : Onsite - Shelbyville, Tennessee Reports to: Production Supervisor/Production Team Lead Overview of Role: We are looking for a dedicated and quality-focused Production Operator to join our new state-of-the-art factory in Tennessee. This role supports our promotional product decoration operations, which include a wide variety of printing and marking technologies — from laser engraving and silkscreen printing to advanced inkjet and digital decoration techniques. As part of our production team, you will operate, maintain, and ensure the smooth performance of equipment used to personalize promotional products such as pens, drinkware, bags, stationary, and other branded items. Your attention to detail, quality mindset, and teamwork will directly contribute to meeting customer expectations and achieving operational excellence.
