Your Opportunity Stantec’s Mining, Minerals and Metals Practice is seeking a Project Engineer interested in joining an established team of industry leaders in our Canadian team. Your Key Responsibilities: - Work in compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations for Stantec and its Clients. - Ensure all applicable safety codes, regulations and guidelines are met by appropriate design and use of technology. - Review and analysis of drawings for possible safety and constructability concerns prior to issue to clients. - Provide clients with engineering support to meet their needs and incorporate client suggestions for future requirements in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. - Act as the key link between the technical execution team and project management team on projects. - Manage and direct a team of engineers and designers in the planning and execution of project work including scoping, asset integrity assessments, feasibility studies, detailed engineering and technical support during construction and commissioning. - Regularly interface with the Client on project technical issues, while ensuring the identification and socialization of value opportunities,...
