Job description
Reporting to the Plant Manager, Imlay City, you will support plant operations at the local producer of Vlasic Pickles by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System and driving improvement in plant performance by identifying and executing opportunities for loss elimination and organizational growth. You will work with plant leadership to guide hourly and salaried team members in continuous improvement activities across a 600+ person operation. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: - Provide coaching and subject matter expertise to site leaders across all Conagra Performance System pillars. - Lead multiple CPS pillars, including Focused Improvement, Continuous Skills Development, and Autonomous Manufacturing Development. - Partner with cross‑functional teams to advance continuous improvement efforts throughout all areas of the facility. - Coach teams to analyze data, prioritize improvement initiatives, apply problem‑solving tools, and implement systemic long‑term solutions. - Lead project execution to achieve targeted Key Performance Indicators. - Promote key CPS concepts through daily coaching and auditing across the plant. - Support the adoption and enhancement of dig...
