Some evenings and weekend work may be required. Position Overview: Broncho Bridge Advisors serve as a resource for new students, helping them navigate the college experience. They provide guidance, support and resources to students in and out of the classroom with an emphasis on academic goals, course load, study habits, time management, choice of curriculum, and course scheduling. Collect and maintain data to track cohort success and provide reports based upon data. Collaboratively develop and implement workshops and activities designed to support college student persistence, growth, success, and retention.
