Job Description: The VP, Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and policies that drive and meet revenue and profit goals. - Contribute to strategic initiatives at the highest level specific to area of responsibility. - Establish sales quotas, profit goals, and product mix expectations for the sales function. - Produce sales forecasts and related reports for use in strategic planning. - Develop and execute sales presentations. - Meet the changing needs of the customer through the implementation and execution of the strategic sales plan, lead generation, and increased sales. - Research the market and competitors. - Collaborate with the marketing and product cross functional teams to develop effective promotional materials. - Build relationships with customers. - Travel up to 75%. - Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position. Education Required: - Bachelor’s degree. - Master or MBA is a plus. - Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
