Job description

Summary The Process Engineer II is responsible for improving the performance, reliability, and efficiency of manufacturing processes within the plant. This role focuses on optimizing processing operations, improving milk yield, reducing losses, and increasing throughput through data analysis, process troubleshooting, and targeted improvement initiatives. This position works closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Automation teams to identify process constraints and implement sustainable improvements. The Process Engineer II is expected to take ownership of larger or more complex improvement efforts and provide guidance to less experienced engineers within the team.
