Location: Hengelo, Netherlands For its Naval Applications Engineering department, Thales (Hengelo) is looking for a talented Senior Agile Coach / Lead Scrum Master with a passion for software development and the ambition to advance his or her career within a high-tech environment in a coaching role. About the team: You will work within the Software Engineering discipline, spanning across +/- 100 engineering professionals and will be a leader the field of Agile Coaching towards teams, scrum masters and other stakeholders. About your future job: The Engineering Coaching Roles support organizations, teams and individuals to help them become more autonomous and constantly improve in their Lean and Agile approach in order to deliver a quality product to end users. They contribute to the dissemination of best Processes and the implementation of operational models in order to promote the empowerment of teams while maximizing the efficiency of projects The last three years the Software department has grown in size.
