The Room Attendant with Fantasyland Hotel is responsible for maximizing guest satisfaction and loyalty by providing the overall cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, lobby, and public areas in accordance with the standards of Fantasyland Hotel. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Thoroughly clean, dust, and vacuum the lobby, public areas, hallways, guest rooms, and grounds area to ensure a pristine environment. - Expertly preparing guest rooms by stripping and making beds according to hotel standards. - Replacing soiled bed and bath linens with fresh ones to uphold a high level of comfort for guests. - Meticulously cleaning and mopping bathrooms, fixtures, and floors, including Jacuzzis (if applicable within the rooms). - Ensuring the availability of essential amenities in each room, ensuring guest satisfaction. - Collaborating with the team to handle all reasonable requests from management within your capabilities. - Diligently inspecting rooms for deficiencies and damages, promptly reporting them to the supervisor. - Maintaining a strong focus on safety and security controls to ensure the well-being of both guests and the hotel. - Keeping housekeeping carts clean, organized, a...
