Position Summary: Youth Activities Manager: The Youth Activities Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of year-round youth programming and events while overseeing the daily operations of the Youth Department. This role manages and develops a Youth Activities team and ensures the delivery of engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for children and families while upholding the service standards of the Club. Job Responsibilities: Greets members and guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner. Plans, coordinates, and executes youth activities, special events, day camps, and seasonal camps throughout the year. Oversees youth activity spaces and facilities located within both Clubhouses. Maintains organization and inventory of all Youth Department supplies, equipment, and materials.
