Description The Manager, OSP Construction is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of fiber construction projects and leading a team of Field Construction Managers. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards. This position serves as the operational bridge between field execution and leadership, driving consistency across projects, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and external contractors. Key Responsibilities: Construction Operations: - Lead and support Field Construction Managers in the execution of OSP fiber construction projects from start to finish - Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective action to keep projects on track - Partner with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations to ensure alignment across all phases of construction Field Leadership & Team Oversight: - Provide direction, coaching, and support to Field Construction Managers - Ensure consistency in field execution, documentation, and repo...
