Work Shift: Work Shift Time: Job Objective: The position is responsible for managing the daily manufacturing operations ensuring safety, productivity, efficiency, material utilization, order delivery, and quality standards are met while managing staff and production schedules. This includes leading, coordinating and aligning operational resources around employee safety, product quality, order delivery, cycle time, operational productivity and efficiency, and material utilization to achieve company goals and objectives. Essential Job Functions: Promote and drive implementation and adherence to all safety protocols and regulations across the site, taking proactive actions to reduce exposure and promote a safety culture among all employees.
