Job Summary Aptive is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Manager with experience managing winning federal business proposals to join the Bid & Proposals (B&P) group. The B&P group is an evolving team focused on supporting the organization to achieve long-term and short-term business growth goals. The B&P group provides proposal management, technical writing, and graphic development support services across the organization and is responsible for establishing and enforcing governance/standards and performance reporting that must evolve as the company grows. As a member of the B&P group, the Proposal Manager leads the preparation and development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling client-focused bids. This role requires a collaborative team member who can effectively work across all levels of Aptive, gathering information and producing critical content under tight deadlines. You must be able to proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure written content is appropriate and up to the highest quality standards, while maintaining complete fidelity to accuracy and proper handling of sensitive information.
