Pepper Construction is a national general contracting and construction management firm that primarily serves the private sector. With offices in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio, Pepper Construction provides clients the experience and resources of a national company, combined with the hands-on approach of a local company. The Facilities Technician is responsible for the day to day operation, maintenance, and repair of Pepper Construction facilities. This is a hands on position, requires experience in at least one skilled trade, and the ability to support multiple facilities with varying operational needs. The Facilities Technician ensures Pepper’s buildings, equipment, and grounds are safe, functional, and well maintained to support employees, project teams, and business operations. This position will be based out of our Barrington, IL office with travel to local offices.
