LCPtracker Support Consultant Compensation & Benefits: ________________________________________ - Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually - Comprehensive benefits package Position Summary: The LCPtracker Support Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation, administration, and ongoing support of LCPtracker compliance software for company projects. This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LCPtracker, supporting internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate prevailing wage compliance and project reporting. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Project Setup & Implementation: - Lead LCPtracker implementation for new projects, including full system configuration. - Complete and manage all project start-up documentation. - Verify total contract values before entry into LCPtracker to ensure data accuracy. - Confirm proper jurisdiction setup within LCPtracker. - Ensure projects are successfully established in coordination with the LCPtracker Customer Success Manager. - Facilitate onboarding of subcontractors and contractors within the LCPtracker system.
