POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice. QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduation certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, required - Current state licensure, required - BLS/CPR certification, preferred - Willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfaction - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Highly organized and detail oriented; particularly in regard to time management - Ability to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks as well as the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills - Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to effectively utilize applicable electronic systems and programs WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
