In this role you'll: This is a permanent Senior Service Manager (TSSM) role. Please see the role description and Information pack for more information. - Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive the future state of Community and Stakeholder Engagement (CSE) by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, capability uplift and continuous improvement across the function. - Develop and implement an innovation and best practice roadmap - Drive best practice and innovation in engagement and communications - Ensure that data, insights and analytics are used to inform strategy, measure impact and support decision-making - Identify capability gaps and deliver scalable solutions - Develop and maintain CSE policies, frameworks, templates and guidance materials - Oversee systems, governance and stakeholder tracking mechanisms About you: You are an innovative leader with proven success in lifting capability.
