Perform preliminary analysis of mortgage applications to make certain that member(s) qualifies for the loan based upon the information provided at the time of application. Prepare and send initial disclosures to member(s) so that government regulations are met and informed. Be knowledgeable of underwriting criteria and pricing; knowledgeable of FNMA and FHLMC underwriting guidelines. Network with external business referral partners to generate leads. Call on provided trigger leads list daily. QualificationsKNOWLEDGE: Incumbent should possess five years of increasingly responsible experience in mortgage lending and be familiar with the loan origination functions. Be familiar with all credit union services and possess the ability to cross-sell them to members. Able to retain and expand external business partners for referral sources.
