The Service EHS Manager position, in partnership with Service and Field management, is responsible for oversight and execution of the safety, health, environmental, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention programs within the service organization. This role will have expertise in the automotive or heavy-duty repair and service industry to conduct audits, review reporting, provide advisement, and deliver training to ensure optimal levels of safety and regulatory compliance in FleetPride Service Centers. Essential Tasks: Lead and drive a positive safety culture in the service locations. Follow up on all programs designed to create a safe and secure environment for customers and team members. Review and analyze reporting on safety and regulatory compliance to address root cause behaviors and develop plans to improve performance.
