DevOps GIS Engineering Manager

What's the role? We are hiring a GIS Engineering Manager II to build and lead a high‑performing team responsible for delivering and operating our ArcGIS Enterprise platform , running on a slightly customized AWS EKS (Kubernetes) environment . This is a people‑first leadership role with significant technical accountability. You will hire, coach, and develop GIS DevOps engineers while also setting technical direction across reliability, scalability, security, performance, and cost . You will partner closely with Cloud Platform, Security, Data/Analytics, and application teams to ensure the GIS platform is operated with strong engineering discipline and modern DevOps practices.
