When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. The Executive Reporting Manager within Finance at Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of critical information delivery. This role will extract complex financial and statistical datasets from Workday, Epic, LaborLytics, Axiom, and other systems from time-to-time and synthesize them into actionable insights, and design "Board-ready" visual presentations. The mission is to eliminate data clutter and provide various stakeholders (e.g., COO, CFO, Affiliate Presidents, and Board) with a crisp, professional narrative regarding labor productivity, margin performance, and clinical volumes. Job Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: Data Synthesis & Storytelling - Beyond pulling reports, this role will interpret variances and draft the executive narrative. - Translate raw Workday Financial and other data into structured, logical PowerPoint presentations that follow a clear "story arc" for quarterly Board meetings. - Maintain the Executive Dashboard for KPI management.
