Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at the Alzheimer’s Care Center in Gardiner. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centered care to individuals living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being. Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. - Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls. Calls codes, pages, and overhead announcements as requested. - Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. - Assists with keeping unit and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
