IEEE DiscoveryPoint Platform Manager and IDPC Subject Matter Expert (E6101) - 260089 : KNW-C50 Description: Job Summary The incumbent, under the management of the Senior Product Manager, Corporate Markets, will serve as a Day-to-day operational manager of the research, development, maintenance, support, and delivery of the platform for the IEEE DiscoveryPoint services (IDP), IDPC and IDPS. In addition, the incumbent will be the Subject Matter Expert for content selection, curation and creation for IDPC. The role is central in development and execution of IDP content and platform development plans, including maintaining and enhancing content throughout the products, generation and sharing of customer and end-user recommendations and insight, support of IDP platform roadmap development and delivery, support of Sales, CSM, Product Launch and Engagement, and Customer Operations functions to content and platform queries, and day to day activities that support IDPC and IDPS and ensure they deliver results that meet customer requirements and drive new IEEE revenue.
