Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! What We Need: - Self-motivated individuals - Strong attention to detail - Focus on serving customers What Our Service Coordinators Do: - Answer all calls inbound to the Service Department, schedule appointments and provide assistance appropriate to the caller’s needs - Coordinate customer’s vehicle service appointments, including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles, as applicable - Monitor scheduled reservations, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule Your Pre-Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - At least 1 year of customer service experience - Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CDK - Strong organizational and communication skills Who We Are: Winners serving Winners!: At Checkered Flag, we’ve been providing drivers in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, and Hampton with first-rate vehicles and services since 1964.
