Assistant Psychologists Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £41,771 Full Time, 36.50 hours per week 4 x Full Time Posts Available We are seeking assistant psychologists to support the work of educational psychology in Birmingham. Birmingham is a vibrant city with a culturally and ethnically diverse population and the largest youth population in Europe, We are renowned for being a pioneering city. Birmingham City Council employs more than 10,000 people and we have big plans to reshape this incredible place for generations to come. Contributing to these plans, assistant psychologists will have an important role working alongside educational psychologists to meet the high demand for our services. The Educational Psychology Service has an excellent reputation and has a strong commitment to innovation, quality improvement, research and development. We are engaged in a variety of initiatives such as ‘SCERTS’, ELSA, VIG, VERP, ‘Framework for Intervention (Revised)’, Restorative Practice and Trauma Informed Attachment Aware Schools.
