Position Overview: Freddie Mac has an exciting opportunity for a Testing Team Lead to manage and lead a Testing Portfolio. We are seeking a motivated individual who can provide leadership, direction and guidance to a focused workgroup and drive rationalization of testing frameworks across the portfolio. As a senior Operations & Technology team member, the individual may independently oversee solution delivery for projects, programs, or the portfolio from a testing perspective. The individual will be a role model and a mentor to the senior test professionals, working alongside highly collaborative, open-minded, technology savvy team members.
