F-15 Mission Systems is seeking a Stores Management Systems (SMS) and Recorders engineering manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO . The manager in this role will guide the day-to-day activities of engineers responsible for development, production support, and sustainment of fielded systems of stores management and recorder solutions. This team performs engineering design, development, supplier technical oversight, and test activities for the F-15 and some F/A-18 common recorders and stores management products. In this role the manager will have responsibility for technical performance for program and production execution. Additionally, as a Mission Systems Leader, the manager will ensure adequate and effective utilization of Technical Lead Engineers, implementation of Design Practices, and execution to the Enterprise Standard Gated Process.
