Test and Analysis Power Lead Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense, Space & Security, in support of the Space, Intelligence, & Weapon Systems division is seeking a Test and Analysis Power Lead to join the team in El Segundo, CA . Boeing's SI&WS organization manages the company's major commercial and government satellite and ground programs for communications, national defense and other missions. Position Overview: The Test and Analysis Power Lead will work in a team to plan 24/7 test execution. As the shift leader (2nd shift), they will coordinate the daily tasks of the test team. A leader in troubleshooting and coordinating needs of the team to keep testing on schedule. This person will work under general supervision. As the Shift Lead for the Power Test group, they coordinate and manage test assignments and needs for Power & Digital Test Technicians. Must be flexible to cover different shifts and support weekends as needed. Gather, monitor and send daily and weekly test status.
