Hybrid Role – New York City (On-site 3–4 days per week) The Senior Manager of Operations is a key member of the Shields Operations Leadership Team, responsible for owning new initiatives that drive meaningful impact on operational outcomes. This role partners closely with Senior MPS and Strategic Operations stakeholders and reports directly to the Site Director of Operations to execute on the vision established by health system executive sponsors. The ideal candidate has strong experience in operations, data analytics, patient experience, and process improvement. They should be analytical, solutions‑oriented, results‑driven, an effective communicator in executive settings, and capable of leading a collaborative, close‑knit team. They must also be able to manage multiple large initiatives simultaneously and be an independent problem solver who is eager to learn.
