Job Description BIW is seeking an experienced American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to help create an inclusive and accessible workplace for our deaf and hard-of-hearing employees. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day communication between hearing and Deaf or hard of hearing individuals in manufacturing and/or office environments and play an important part in ensuring all employees can fully participate and succeed. This position will report to the Director of Ethics & Compliance. This position is intentionally flexible- we’re open to structuring it as either part-time or full-time based on your availability, experience, and interests.
