Job Description Summary: This position has accountability for the daily operations and supervision which may include Quality Outcomes Management (Performance Improvement), Patient Safety, Accreditation (Regulatory Compliance), and Peer Review. Thus, this position is responsible for the supervision of all outcomes managers, regulatory compliance, and Quality support staff, including hiring, performance evaluation and accountability, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. Similarly, he/she is responsible for assisting the Director of Quality and Safety with the strategic direction of OhioHealth Quality and Patient Safety initiatives, integration of clinical/financial information to maintain or improve quality, development of an appropriate budgets and the daily management of those budgets.
