Manager, System Application Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of HPC account support strategies for 93k products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ATE systems, test development, and engineering management, and will be responsible for managing a team of application engineers to ensure customer support, test coverage, and time-to-market goals are met. Responsibilities include: - Lead and manage a team of application engineers in developing and deploying test programs for high-volume production with our customers. - Generate project plans for projects and well manage the project schedule - Perform as a good communicator, listener and customer decision influencer. - Define and execute test strategies and roadmaps aligned with product and business goals. - Oversee test hardware (load boards, probe cards, interface hardware) and software development for 93k. - Collaborate closely with customer, sales, BD/MKT, COE and R&D teams to define product strategies and ensure testability. - Own and monitor KPIs related to test development and production quality. - Ensure timely support for ne...
