The Role: As the Sales Development Manager (SDM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing Convex's outbound and inbound pipeline strategy. You will join a rapidly growing team and will be involved in helping recruit, onboard, and train numerous new hires for success. Your primary focus will be on the outbound Sales Development Rep (SDR) team with responsibility for managing the inbound funnel.
