This entry-level position provides clerical and administrative support to purchasing operations and helps ensure materials and supplies are ordered, tracked, and delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and vendors. This role works under close supervision while gaining experience in procurement and supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and requisitions as directed Maintain purchasing files, vendor lists, and order tracking logs Verify pricing, quantities, and product descriptions on purchase orders Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and order status Assist receiving and accounting teams with order discrepancies or invoice issues Maintain accurate records in ERP or purchasing systems Perform data entry and reporting related to procurement activities Follow all company purchasing procedures and safety policies Qualifications: Education & Experience: High s...
