Work Location/ Schedule: Vernon, CA Full-Time On-Site, Flexible to work various shifts as needed Our Warehouse Lead possesses excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing Leads and the production, quality, and safety of our Outbound and Inbound Departments. What You’ll Do: - Lead a team of 3 to 20 associates throughout the year and during sale seasons - Review and assign team to their duties according to the WLA - Monitor productivity of team and update UPH charts every hour to ensure goals are being met - Ensure Department SLAs are being met - Account for all equipment and make sure they are in working condition - Audit team to ensure they are following the correct procedures and meeting quality standards - Ensure all safety rules are strictly followed - Track employee-related errors and coach whenever necessary - Ensure backlogs are under control - Investigate and resolve any process discrepancies and problem-solving errors - Track and properly dispose of any hazardous materials - Foster and maintain good communication with other department leads - Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area - Track department supplie...
