Description JOB SUMMARY: Maintains and services buildings and grounds, to include mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. Performs minor to semi complex repair services of mechanical, electrical, and building systems and equipment. Conducts periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair. Assists with the identification of parts needed for replacement and places orders as necessary. Complete all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Technicians in this classification should be monitored and supervised closely. STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE: - Performs building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repairs as necessary. - Implements preventative maintenance measures. - Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies - Completes inspections of offices and clinical areas under the direction of the team lead and/or supervisor. - Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and facilities, to include scheduled maintenance repairs and calibrations. - Assists in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility while maintaining a safe environment - Removes/repairs/replaces electric beds, chairs...
