Job description

Description: - Performing a variety of technical functions in support of engineering activities such as troubleshooting, test, modification, assembly, and maintenance and repair of electronic systems and other specialized avionics equipment - Evaluating components, subsystems, test equipment, and software - Providing technical support to Air Force customers on operations and maintenance of assigned communications/surveillance equipment - Performing aircraft installation, troubleshooting, and testing of equipment - Supporting aircraft flight test and engineering evaluations of new systems and system configurations - Assisting in training junior level electronics technicians and Air Force personnel to perform general fabrication, assembly, test and evaluation, and documentation tasks - Deploying worldwide with AFSOC personnel in support of exercise and contingency operations including hostile environments FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING: #LI-TF1 Requirements: - Minimum of five (5) years of aircraft avionics maintenance experience, JTWS equipment experience, or equivalent DoD SIGINT experience - Must be able to operate as a single maintainer at either CONUS or OCONUS...
