Through our education programs and our advocacy work, we hope to inspire others to change their behaviour and help reach the national target of halving food waste by 2030. About the role: We are on the lookout for a confident and friendly Community Worker for our Adelaide Market. As a Community Worker, you'll be an integral part of our market team, fostering a welcoming, safe, and culturally diverse environment for our customers, dedicated staff, and passionate volunteers. This role will be 18 hours per week spread across Tuesday, Wednesday (after hours) and Thursday. Your primary responsibility involves cultivating and nurturing relationships with our customers, championing social inclusion, fostering self-advocacy, and facilitating connections with local service providers., as well as providing essential support and care to our incredible volunteer team.
