Job description

Qualifications: - Instruct swimmers of all ages and abilities using established curriculum and teaching methods. - Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt lessons to individual needs. - Ensure the safety of all participants by following proper safety protocols and pool rules. - Maintain constant supervision of swimmers during lessons and respond promptly to any emergencies. - Prepare and organize equipment before lessons and ensure cleanliness and proper storage afterward. - Communicate effectively with students and/or parents regarding progress, schedules, and concerns. - Promote a positive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere to build confidence and motivate students. - Keep accurate attendance records and track progress for each swimmer. - Collaborate with other instructors, lifeguards, and facility staff as needed. - Proven experience as a swim instructor or competitive swimmer (preferred). - Certification in CPR , First Aid , and Lifeguarding (Red Cross or equivalent). - Swim Instructor Certification (WSI – Water Safety Instructor or equivalent preferred). - Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques. - Excellent communication and int...
