About the role As a Support Coordinator/Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you will work closely with recipients to navigate the NDIS and interpret their individual packages; it is your role to ensure they are getting the most out of their NDIS plans. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: - supporting and empowering recipients to make their own choices as to how they want to lead their lives - coordinating a variety of services for recipients to support them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives within the community - engage with and manage recipient’s key stakeholders (including government agencies, community and clinical service providers and families), you will ensure that the supports and services are leveraged, not duplicated - work with recipients to strengthen their ability to coordinator their own supports to live their best life.
