Job Purpose: BTIG is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its SPAC Investment Banking and Capital Markets team in New York. Our investment banking practice at BTIG encompasses a wide variety of services, including public and private offerings, convertible debt offerings and M&A advisory assignments. This position would require the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with primary responsibilities for the day-to-day management of ongoing assignments, the development of materials for board level discussions, and new business generation.
