D&M Leasing, we are looking to hire a skilled Client Retention Specialist / BDC Representative to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have BDC or internet sales experience in a dealership. Responsibilities: -Skillfully handle heavy incoming phone and online inquiries-High outbound phone work expectations for prospective clients-Record customer information and feedback in our specialized software system-Coordinate appointments and follow up with customers who missed appointments-Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings-Always uphold strict confidentiality-Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions, whether on the phone or online Qualifications: -2 years of Dealership experience required-Heavy call volume experience of outbound and inbound-Essential multitasking and stress management skills-A high sense of urgency and a commitment to making sound decisions-Effective time management to meet and exceed company metrics and goals-Self-motivated a...
