Job description

JOB TITLE: OR Tech Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00, based on skill and experience level. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: OR Tech will perform nursing-related duties in providing for personal and environment for patients across the perioperative care continuum. The OR Tech will work in a structured environment under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The OR Tech will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care in accordance with the standards of care of the facility, following the approved policies and procedures. The OR Tech performs duties as above when needed, but primarily involved in team assistance to include room turnovers, sterile supply management, case cart preparation, assisting with quarterly inventory, and perform patient care activities under the direction of registered nurses.
