You will be an integral part of our Services Engineering central function at Alstom, working within a dedicated Transformation team focused on achieving our strategic 2030 objectives. This role provides the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals and experts, who play a pivotal role in driving significant changes across our global engineering operations. The position will be first based in Berlin, with an option for a next location. We’ll Look to You For: - Coordinating and managing our training projects. You willl develop courses on Elucidat, design effective training pathways, organize sessions with meticulous retroplanning, and define the necessary tools and methodological supports.
