JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Financial Services serves as a strategic partner to the Global Controller responsible for overseeing the organization's global treasury and payroll functions. This role ensures effective cash management, financial risk mitigation, and accurate, compliant payroll operations across all regions. The position supports the organization’s mission by safeguarding financial resources and ensuring timely compensation for staff worldwide.
