Meadow Creek located in Westminster, MD, is in need of a qualified worker to join our service team. This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred. ***The salary for this position is $23.00 an hour plus phone allowance and bonus opportunities*** At WPM your job as a Service Technician is to respond to maintenance repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in for new residents.
